What we keep, and why.

This site collects nothing on its own.

The website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request leaves for a font provider as you read. It is a static site: there is no server-side database and nowhere for the pages to file anything about you.

We receive personal data only when you choose to reach out to us. Everything below describes what happens then.

Who we are.

Haldwen is a Meta Ads practice for boutique Pilates studios and med spas, operated by Eldwen Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17313227. Registered office: College House, 2nd Floor, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London HA4 7AE.

Eldwen Holdings Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here.

When we receive your data.

Two moments. First, when you book a call through the scheduling links on this site, which are handled by Calendly. Calendly is an independent third party that processes your booking on its own platform and under its own privacy policy.

Second, when you contact us directly by email, on Instagram (@haldwen_), or on LinkedIn. Whatever you send us in that message reaches us and is kept with the correspondence.

What we collect.

Only what you give us: your name, your email address, your studio or company details, and anything else you choose to share when you book a call or write to us. We do not build profiles, and we do not buy or enrich data about you from anywhere else.

Why we use it, and on what basis.

We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule and hold the call, and, if we work together, to carry out the engagement. Nothing more.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interest, for responding to enquiries and running the practice, and contract, for delivering the services we agree to.

How long we keep it.

We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the correspondence or engagement it belongs to, and for as long afterwards as we are required to for legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

We do not sell it, and nothing is decided automatically.

We never sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone to market to you. It is shared only with the service providers we rely on to operate, such as Calendly for scheduling and our email provider, and only so they can perform that function.

There is no automated decision-making and no profiling. A person reads what you send and a person replies.

Where the site lives.

The site is served as static files from a hosting provider. Like any web host, it processes standard technical request logs to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. There is no application, account system, or data store behind the site that holds information about you.

Your rights.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, contact us through the channels below and we will respond.

Contact, and the right to complain.

The best way to reach us is through the contact and booking channels on this site. If you would rather write, you can leave a question by mail.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would ask that you raise it with us first so we can put it right.
